WP Chalet

In a leafy neighborhood of Zermatt, this project is a prime example of mixing design styles. The Chalet is equally traditional as it is modern and showcases a unique collection of detailed joinery, natural textures and vintage pieces.

The 4 floors Estate is a neutral, calming space, “a world of its own,” with full height windows on all sides allowing light to flood the space and invading the privacy of the chalet with the open mountain view.

A pitched wooden ceiling and a new stunning fireplace are the larger defining elements of the main living room, layered with browns, ivory, creams, and burnt orange tones. Custom library, kitchen and dining joinery dresses the space up and is paired with neutral, more relaxed drapes in the same color as the walls.
